[Roast Pork - Heo Quay]

This dish is the asian style of roast pork. In Vietnam it is called "Heo Quay". It is usually used in banquet such as wedding, celeration of new business. There are two kinds: roast pork using large pig and roast pork using baby pig known as "Suckling Pig". Roast pork often compliments with simple steam bun. This dish often serves as a starter in a banquet. Each person usually have one or two slices. After a banquet if there is too much food and people will bring them back home. For this dish they will convert into another lovely dish which is braise roast pork with green vegetable (pak choy or choy sum).
