[Abalone - Bào Ngư]

It has an oval shape. It looks like human ear so sometimes people calls sea-ear. Abalone is very high cholesterol however it has the balance of other vitamins and minerals. The best way to cook abalone is in a fragrant stock for many hours until the abalone become very soft and the stock becomes a rich gravy.
