Caviar has the tatse of sea water which is slightly salty. It has an quiet taste. The texture of the caviar can be a litle bit slimy. It does not need any preparation. You can spread it on a slice of bread. You can put it in sushi rolls. Some chef put caviar as a garnish on an expensive dishes.
