[Foie Gras - Gan Ngỗng]

Foie gras is a delicacies of French Cusine. It is a liver of a duck or goose that have been over feed. The liver grows massive much larger than a normal duck/goose liver. The colour of foie gras is bright yellow. The technique of producing foie gras is orginal from Ancient Egyptian. They found that duck and goose could be fatten by over feed down the throat.

Foie gras has smooth texture with creamy flavour. You can be make into pâté. Simplest way is fry in oil for a few minutes. Foie gras accompliments well with bread.
