[Picture of Lemongrass - Hình Cây Xả]


It is an aromatic tropical grass. Lemongrass has a light green colour with hard stalk. So if you want to eat it then you need to minced it before cooking. It contains a lot of oil fragrant for that you can bruise it and put in any stock. Lemongrass can also be infused in tea for a splended taste. In Vietnam and Thailand, they often use it in curry dishes.
