[Roast Pineapple - Thơm Xào Bơ]

Roast Pineapple is another dessert dish that is simple to make. It is very tasty in the way that the buttery and the sugar blend extremely well with the refresing sour pineapple.

Ingredients:

Serves: 3

  • 600g Pineapple, peeled and cut into 3-4cm chunks
  • 50g butter
  • 150g sugar
  • Some basil for garnish

Cooking Method:

  1. Preheat the pan with sugar. When the sugar start to melt, stir the sugar to make sure all the sugar is melted evenly.
  2. When all the sugar melted, add the butter into the pan and stir well to stop the sugar from crystalising. Add the pineapple and cook for 3-4 minutes.
