[Cooked Lobster - Tôm Hùm Đã Nấu Chín]

There are two best humane ways of kill a lobster.

Method 1:

Put the lobster in the freezer for 15 minutes, but no more. If you freeze the lobster for too long the meat will become tough. This method is to numb the lobster and make sure it does not thrash around vigorously in the pan. The lobster will die before it feels much pain.

Method 2:

Fill your sink or a very large tub with plenty of fresh water and put the lobster in. Make sure the water covers the lobster completely. Although lobsters live in water, a lobster will drown in fresh water. Now the lobster won't be boiled alive.

Cooking The Lobster

At the same time, fill up your largest pan 1/2 to 2/3 full with water. Bring it to the strongest boil that you can manage. Slide the lobster head-first into the pan so it ends on its back. Cook the lobster for 10-11 minutes per 600g.
